Thank you for all of your excellent, thoughtful questions. Phew! There were so many on diverse topics. I tried to get through most of them, but like I say in this audio offering, in the future, we’ll do these once a month and have a topic for each one. That way, anyone not so interested in ‘farming’ or ‘raising kids’ or whatever can just disregard. I think that will also help with the ‘conversation’ a bit, allowing my brain to focus on one subject and dive into it with gusto.
I loved this so much! I’ll be tuning in to all these for sure! I’m a farming, schooling mama and don’t often have/make the time to comment. But please please know that I devour everything you write or post, and I’m oh so thankful for all I’ve learned and am learning. I’m super excited about your parasite recipe, and can’t wait to hear more about vinegars. I’ve got a few brewing now in the cupboard!
These were so wonderful! I can’t wait to go through and read the questions. I am also looking forward to targeted monthlies as I had so many questions I honestly didn’t know how to narrow down and was busy weighting them before I had any asked ha! Thanks for this time as I am able to work and listen and I would doubt you have that luxury!
I loved listening to this (and reading all of your essays). I can not afford a membership right now, so I would be so grateful to take you up on your generous offer to gift access. Thank you so much!
Thank you Tara, I left Instagram around the same time you did and I have so missed your insights, inspiration and wisdom. I am glad to be able to be a paid subscriber this year and I hope it helps you with your book and supporting you. Very much looking forward to your future essays and q n a's xoxoxox
I wish I could afford it :( Having left the city to homestead with no experience has put us in a position to have to sacrifice a lot (farming is expensive!) and we have to watch every penny. I delight in all your offerings/writings every time and listen with my 5 & 7 yr old as we homeschool or are doing animal chores. I can comment as often as I’d like as I always have to pause and write all the delicious bits of wisdom you share. A true inspiration. Thank you for being authentically you 💓
What a delight! Thank you for giving your subscribers such a generous gift. I have loved listening to little 10-15 minute chunks every day to space out the gift and make it last longer! (like Mary and Laura just nibbling the edges of their Christmas cookies for as long as they could...) I love the "little bit of this and that" format because it makes me feel like we're actually visiting. Thank you!
Thank you for talking about the negatives of solar power, I totally agree :) Can't wait for the post on vinegar!!

Thanks, Slowdown❤️
Your offer to gift those who cannot pay at this time is so thoughtful. Says a lot about you. (I don't need it, thank you)
