Congratulations on your upcoming first!!! And congratulations on doing a homebirth! If I had any tips to give, one would be to buy the Dr. Christopher brand of herbal "birth prep" tincture. His is a bit different than other brands and the difference is staggering. It really helps your body prepare for a quick birth and helps you to heal faster. You take it during 3rd trimester.

Can I send you a box of things at some point? I'm saving most of my baby stuff for my daughters, but I have a spare ring sling (Sakura Bloom brand) and might have some wool things to send over. ❤

Hi Caitlyn, I am working on putting together a list of things I will still need before baby comes, and just thought I'd check in and see if you were still interested in sending me the ring sling, or anything else! No worries if not, and if so, I will of course pay for the shipping! :)

So the only Dr. Christopher birth prep supplement I could find is in capsule form... is that it?

Well I could have sworn I always used a tincture, but you're right - I just checked the internet and there's only capsules! It looks like the blend is exactly the same though, so you should be good to go! I think the secret to success in the Dr. Christopher blend is the fact that it has lobelia + pennyroyal + squaw vine; most blends don't have those.

Hi Caitlyn! I’ll definitely look for that tincture!

And it would be wonderful to get anything you no longer need, my email address is siebenaler.beth@yahoo.com if you want to send me a message and I can give you my address :) Thank you!
