Well, it’s official - we are freeze dryin’ fools. We finally got our freeze dryer up and at ‘em after a few failed starts. We had some issues out of the box (literally), but we seem to finally be in the clear. We’ve wanted a freeze dryer for a few years, but the cost is prohibitive and we were worried that it wouldn’t warrant what we’re already accomplishing with dehydrating, dry aging, freezing, fermenting, canning, and culturing. Would it really be worth it?
