What a great discussion thread we have had running this week. I love reading about how people in all sorts of circumstances are looking at ways to build food security into their lives. From single people living in apartments to full blown lifelong homesteaders, it’s been so interesting to read everyone’s approaches and strategies. Mostly, it makes me feel hopeful to know that so many people are taking these issues seriously and doing something proactive about it. It can feel a little lone-wolf-isolating to be the weirdo stocking the larder when everyone else is hedging their bets on the grocery stores.
