I decided I was going to give my presentation ad hominem. I had thought about what I wanted to say, jotted down a few lines with subject headings to make sure I covered everything, but otherwise, I wanted to hear what would come as it came - from the parts inaccessible to my logic and the expected adherence to the set structures and norms of such a meeting. What came has had me thinking ever since.
