A little peek into my fridge. I didn’t jazz it up or down, this is it - the simple food we live off. Many of you know of my disdain for labels (not my own but commercial ones). The magical results of buying less food and products is in the vanishing of labels.
At this time of year my fridge contents are in motion. Bone broth will be put in the freezer and freeze dryer. All except two jars that is. There are always two jars of bone broth in my fridge.
