Pictures from yesterday showing some goose harvest including the incredible volume of nutrient dense fat on a well raised goose, my beloved turkey/goose gizzards, a normal farm meal while working (eaten on the tailgate of a truck makes it all the more tasty - this was Troy’s) and the last goose cleaned by sunset after a long day.
Last two days: harvesting turkeys and geese and roosters. Wrapping last week’s brined turkeys. Cutting and wrapping lamb organs, beef bones, and beef steaks.
